Feature requests

Users will be able to edit permitted attributes directly within the app (My Profile & User Page), based on admin-defined permissions. This enables both employees and managers to keep key information up to date.

Could we have the ability to export the Active Users List as a .csv or .xlsx file

FREEZE THE TOP ROW WITH USER ATTRIBUTES SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT FIELD YOU ARE ON WITHOUT HAVING TO SCROLL BACK UP TO TOP

Currently you must either delete a relationship and add it back in to edit it, or use the bulk upload feature. When relationships change (for example a single supervisee moving to a new supervisor) being able to edit the relationship and change one or both of the participants would be useful.

Be able to add multiple managers to one employee

Admins would like the ability to edit the content of automatic due date reminder notifications for modules such as Reviews, Goals, and other workflows. This would allow organizations to make reminders more personal, better match their internal tone of voice, and make communications feel like they are coming from the admin or HR team rather than a fixed system message.

NEED MORE TIME ZONES, MOST PEOPLE AT LEAST IN THE US HAVE NO IDEA WHAT UTC IS OR HOW TO ADJUST IT WHEN PUTTING DUE TIMES

I would want the committee members to share Admin responsibilities with me and give them Company-wide Admin access but only for the Recognition Module.

Managing around 800 users one by one is not feasible. It would be beneficial to have a clearer separation between new and existing users during bulk uploads to avoid overwriting data and to make validation safer. This feature would greatly assist in large rollouts and ensure data integrity.

There should be a way to only see the active review cycles and archive the non-active, rather than having the full historic list
