Managing around 800 users one by one is not feasible. It would be beneficial to have a clearer separation between new and existing users during bulk uploads to avoid overwriting data and to make validation safer. This feature would greatly assist in large rollouts and ensure data integrity.

There should be a way to only see the active review cycles and archive the non-active, rather than having the full historic list

Be able to add multiple managers to one employee

Admins will be able to create and assign custom roles with tailored permissions. This allows organizations to better control who can access, view, or manage specific parts and specific data of Teamflect especially in complex org structures or regional setups.

Currently you must either delete a relationship and add it back in to edit it, or use the bulk upload feature. When relationships change (for example a single supervisee moving to a new supervisor) being able to edit the relationship and change one or both of the participants would be useful.

Admins will be able to sync extension attributes from Microsoft Entra ID into their organizational user attributes in the Teamflect - Admin Center, making custom directory attributes available for use within the platform.

Currently, when new users are added to a synced security group, they do not receive automatic invitations. It would be beneficial if the system could automatically send invites to these users, streamlining the onboarding process and reducing manual effort. This feature would enhance efficiency, especially when dealing with large groups of users.

Allow admins to hide or show specific modules (like Goals, Feedback, Reviews, etc.) for selected user groups. This helps control access during phased rollouts or based on team needs.

talking points should be included in the 1-1 reporting

I would want the committee members to share Admin responsibilities with me and give them Company-wide Admin access but only for the Recognition Module.
