We will introduce Phase Targeting for goals, allowing you to break down goals into multiple phases, making it easier to track progress and achieve milestones step-by-step.

Admins can control who can create and use preset goal templates for each category, improving relevance and manageability across teams.

Please could we have the facility to rearrange the order of goals & sub-goals by e.g. dragging them individually up or down. Thanks

Ability to archive last year's goals.

I would like to sort the subgoals individually in order in the overview map of a goal. The sorting is currently based on the order in which they were created, which is confusing with many subgoals.

Users will see goal statuses update automatically based on progress trends over time. This helps teams understand whether a goal is truly on track or at risk, not just based on current value, but on how it's progressing toward the deadline.

Managers will be able to enable an approval step before Goals / OKRs are officially assigned. This helps organizations ensure that all Goals / OKRs align with company priorities and are reviewed by the right people before becoming active.

Please add Gantt chart functionality in the Goals section.

The ability to roll over incomplete goals from one financial year into the next without having to recreate them manually. This should include the full goal structure, not just the parent objective. Provide an option to carry forward an incomplete goal into a new cycle or fiscal year while preserving all related components, including: Parent goal / objective Child goals / key results Related tasks

If I set a goal for an MS Team I can associate it with that team, but I still have to choose a goal type and can't choose MS Team as the goal type or create a goal type that is department level for members of that team.
