my users have expressed interest in getting one reminder a month and not "risk" getting 4 mails at the same time if you have 4 goals. To mimize amount of mails to users.

I would like to have the ability to send invitations or notifications to selected users to prompt them to start a review. This feature would streamline the review process by allowing us to notify users directly when it's time to begin their reviews, ensuring timely completion and better organization.
