please add remove meeting feature to the agenda / week to view views so you don't have to open every meeting to remove it

For recurring events, it would be helpful to have a continuous and active meeting summary, which can be accessed and emailed at once.

My team and I have standing groupings to organize our talking points. Would be great to be able to create those and group the talking points. (Ex. 1. Operational High Priority Items)

Users will be able to carry over their shared notes into recurring meetings. This helps teams retain important context like shared documents, links, and decisions without needing to re-add them manually each time.

I accidentally deleted a talking point from an active meeting and found out there's no way to recover it. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows the recovery of accidentally deleted talking points from ongoing meetings, as this would help prevent the loss of important preparation work.

Just like we can create an ad-hoc 1:1 meeting and sync with Outlook, it would speed up workflow to create a 1:many meeting directly inside Teamflect and have the option to sync with Outlook calendar or not.

Would like to see agenda templates for meetings such as 1:1's: Goals/Development/Discussion or On-going Meetings for Old Business/New Business/Issues/Challenges And be able to easily copy topics over to next meeting

A countdown timer to be added on the meeting agenda for attendees and a way to start countdown on each talking point and keep running into negative time to track time over a topic.

Would like to be able to add meetings to the same series even after cancellation. Eg. Current series of one meeting is until Dec 31. Dec 21's meeting was cancelled, but later found out to be needed. Had to move Dec 28th's meeting to Dec 21 to keep it in the series. But then that means Dec 28th has no slot for the meeting in the series and we would have to create a new meeting or new series which has no connection to the previous one. ______________________ Being able to add meetings ad hoc to the same series would be a brilliant help. Currently struggling without that feature at the moment.
