Feature requests

Users will be able to carry over their shared notes into recurring meetings. This helps teams retain important context like shared documents, links, and decisions without needing to re-add them manually each time.

Would love to be able to have darkmode, and be able to rearrange/resize things in meetings - the layout is weird and the notes space is tiny, while the dates for the meeting has about the same amount of space as the notes themselves,

For recurring events, it would be helpful to have a continuous and active meeting summary, which can be accessed and emailed at once.

There are times when we don't get to talking points in a meeting, or when we want to continue the conversation on a talking point into a future meeting. It would be very helpful if there was a quick way to forward a talking point (along with any associated notes, or a link to the previous meeting and its notes) into a future meeting.

Would be great to have the option to highlight certain talking points in color, to be able to add images (screenshots etc.) and icons (red flags etc.).

Turning a talking point into a follow-up action today means creating a new task from scratch and losing the connection to the original agenda item. This adds the ability to convert a talking point directly into a task. Useful for managers assigning follow-up actions to team members after a discussion.

It would be useful to find previous meeting notes in Teamflect if there was a search function.

Would like to see agenda templates for meetings such as 1:1's: Goals/Development/Discussion or On-going Meetings for Old Business/New Business/Issues/Challenges And be able to easily copy topics over to next meeting

Transfer all data from an old meeting into a new meeting (copy/paste option) Need to be able to transfer notes, talking points and tasks etc from one meeting to another

It would be useful to create and edit my own check-in template for 1:1s. It would also be helpful to be able to save it as a reoccurring template.
