It would be helpful to extend automatic translation to employee profile content, role descriptions, and competency names, descriptions, and levels. Currently, competency content remains in its original language when review sections are translated. This would help multilingual organizations provide content in employees’ preferred languages without manually maintaining multiple versions.

Ability switch between dark and light mode would be great.

automatically include skip-level reports in a manager’s team scope based on the Azure manager hierarchy, and dynamically update it when manager assignments change. It would be helpful if this automatically showed on the Team Insights on the My Team tab of the home page.

This feature will enable users to quickly search across the entire platform—including goals, tasks, reviews, and more—from a single search experience. It will improve discoverability, save time, and help users find exactly what they need without navigating multiple sections.

Would like to be able to add a live Powerbi dashboard as a custom block. Alternatively, parts of a Powerbi report.

Allow users to turn on/off sections of the home screen based on what they want/need to see. If user does not want to see the Reviews or Goals section on the home screen, allow that to be turned off and fill the space with the portions they do want. Perhaps also allow space allocation settings so users can make one section more prominent than others... example: expand the tasks portion to show across 2 sections or more if desired.

It would be nice if our full calendar showed up in Teamflect, not just meetings. Currently, you can't see anything from your calendar unless you have someone invited to it. I want to be able to see my full calendar.

Why can’t I resize any of the windows or content? Impossible to use on mobile, and inconvenient on iPad. Likewise the sidebar navigation takes up sooooo much room. Why can’t I collapse it. It would be way more intuitive if I could.
