Add a feature to display a consolidated snapshot of an employee’s three quarterly performance reviews (QPRs) within the comprehensive annual review. This should include a visual overview, average scores, themes, and highlights from previous reviews to help guide both employees and managers during the year-end review process—ideally with an AI-generated summary. Why: Having quick access to a summary of the year's performance would streamline the annual review, reduce subjectivity, and provide meaningful context for performance ratings and reflections.

The capability to send reminders to reviewees exists, but not to reviewers. Please add that ability.

Admins will be able to schedule review and survey cycles to be sent at a future specific date. This helps HR teams plan ahead and launch performance or engagement cycles automatically without needing to trigger them manually on the exact day.

Why: To help employees understand what’s expected, align goals, and prepare for their annual/semi-annual performance discussions. Proposal: Add a toggle in Admin Center → Review Cycle Settings → “Enable employee preview.” Participants can view the review form (read-only) under “Upcoming Reviews.”

Summary: Senior leaders need better visibility and management capabilities for 9-box evaluations across larger teams. Request #1 – Expanded Visibility: Leaders can only view 9-box results for their direct reports. They’d like a dashboard-style view showing all indirect reports too — enabling cross-team calibration and oversight without navigating into each profile. Request #2 – Bulk Evaluation: Currently, 9-box evaluations must be started one-by-one via individual profiles. We are asking for a way to initiate evaluations in bulk (e.g., from a team or filtered list view). Existing workarounds are unintuitive for large teams.

When someone leave the organisation everything about that person has to be deleted. at the moment it is only the license which is deleted but all the reviews are still there. WE are not GDPR compliant if the reviews of these people are not deleted from the system. I think this should take your priority!

Please allow admin users to lock the cycle so that reviews after a certain date cannot be added. This will help in freezing data for calibration discussion and finalization. Changes the status to finalized or waiting for reviewer doesn't solve the purpose as after changing the status we are unable to download report of who did not complete the review and must be excluded from calibration discussion and final report. May be just one button which is once activated and then the reviewee and reviewer is unable to add anything as the cycle is closed

Managers and admins should be able to see the 360-degree feedback completion status provided by feedback providers. For example, if 10 people were asked to provide feedback and 5 have completed it, the review card should display this completion status. Alongside the status of self-reviews and reviewer completion, it should also show 360-degree feedback completion, such as 5/10.

Here is a suggestion for a self-assessment method with five option if it appears in a randomized order each time. this prevents people from simply picking the "highest" or "common" grade right away and encourage them to carefully read and reflect on the description before making choice. Participants must carefully read and compare the options rather than automatically choosing the top or bottom. This encourage honest self-reflection and deeper analysis of their performance level.

I would like the option to allow during my reviews for feedbacks to be completed first before we then proceed with self-reviews and finally review from reviewer. This is so self-reviews can be done only after everyone read feedbacks provided to them. However currently people are completing self review prior to feedbacks even being done. Thanks
