Add name to review requestion, not just photo
In the feedback request, you only see a picture, not a name. If someone changes their picture to someone else’s, for example to my picture, people might think they are providing feedback for me, while it is actually sent to someone else.

Manager can easily find out who is reviewing them.
Feedback givers often sit down and complete multiple feedback requests in a row. As a manager, you then see these feedback items come in one by one, followed by an anonymous feedback for themself. Because of this pattern, it is quite easy to figure out who the anonymous feedback is from.

Allow multiple reviewers on one review
Allow multiple reviewers on one review: in the case of joint supervision; right now the only way to do it is adding comments, separate from the first reviewer; We want to enable 2 to 3 joint supervisors all being able to access the review and edit, but when one is editing, the others get locked out from editing at the same time.

Visual Distinction for Goals and Subgoals in Performance Reviews
In our performance reviews, it's challenging to distinguish between main goals and subgoals as they have the same look and feel. I propose either visualizing the main goal with a dropdown to see subgoals or using different colors to differentiate them. This would make it easier for both the reviewee and reviewer to identify them at first sight.

Require 1-on-1 meetings before allowing review sign-off / submission
Today, managers/reviewers can sign off / submit / finalize a performance review without conducting a documented 1-on-1 with the employee. We would like to make the 1-on-1 meeting a requirement before finalization

Preview upcoming review questions
Why: To help employees understand what’s expected, align goals, and prepare for their annual/semi-annual performance discussions. Proposal: Add a toggle in Admin Center → Review Cycle Settings → “Enable employee preview.” Participants can view the review form (read-only) under “Upcoming Reviews.”

Insert saved signatures
Would like to be able to insert my signature instead of having to try to write it with my trackpad. Suggesting the ability to insert my signature as I do in Adobe Acrobat DC on a pdf.

Additional reviewer and File Upload
Most of the employees of ours have more than 1 direct report. I would kindly ask you to improve this area. Also, I would like to be able uploading files to the system and being able to make changes within the file without needing re-upload each time after updating it. Thank you in advance.
