The possibility to fill the review by Managers earlier than employees and save it as a draft would help many companies to organize this review process in a more sustainable and efficient way. The draft should only be seen by Managers not employees and shared after employee filled their self-review.

Reviewer--reviewee format places the comments in two columns side by side. When one commenter is verbose and the other uses few words, the review becomes difficult to read. A single column review format with the reviewee response followed by the reviewer response would be easier to read and use half the amount of paper when printing is necessary.

Having the ability to export reviews from a given cycle into a spreadsheet, to facilitate record-keeping.

I want to create quarterly automations for a review cycle but would need the review to go out with one week left in each quarter. I think that would be very helpful if you could set the day of the week within the quarter when these reviews could be sent (i.e 2nd last Monday of ever quarter)

We want the leader comments to be deleted on the 2024 goals review in our review. We do not want the leader to score the staffer or add comments. How do we delete this option? Thanks.

"Anniversary Automation" as a new scenario in our review and survey scenarios. This automation is designed to automatically deliver reviews and surveys to employees on their work anniversaries, providing a personalized and impactful feedback experience.

I would like to create a space for the reviewee to provide a response to their review results. This would help in gathering more comprehensive feedback and ensure that both parties have a chance to communicate their thoughts on the review.

When I click on "Download PDF" for my review, it does download as a PDF however not all of the scale data (scale rating 1-10) does not pull over to the PDF.

It would be great to have an option for calibration supervisors to tag reviewers on a review comment when they need to emphasize attention on a specific aspect of a review.

We received feedback from a user about an issue with the e-signature process. During the signature step, the form was saved automatically, resulting in an incomplete signature being captured. Currently, there is no option for the reviewer or reviewee to correct their signature once it’s saved. To improve this experience, we suggest adding an additional confirmation step before the e-signature is saved. This would give users a chance to verify and adjust their signatures, reducing the risk of incomplete signatures being submitted.
